Delivery & Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
• All products are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days — Free on all orders
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days — calculated at checkout

International Delivery

• We ship to selected EU & worldwide destinations
• Delivery times: 5–14 working days
• Customs duties & import taxes may apply — these are the customer’s responsibility upon receipt

Shipping Notes

• Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures
• A valid delivery address and contact number are required for all orders

Order Tracking

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships

Undelivered & Returned Parcels

• If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund (less original shipping costs)
